The Maelstrom Campaigns Showcase Gallery

The Maelstrom Campaigns Gallery is a multi-faceted emporium showcasing the wonders of Kaladia. All of the showcases are from my CDROM atlas. More will appear as I convert them into a format that is better for viewing on the webpage. Please sign my guestbook, and tell me what types of showcases you would like to see more of! All of these presentations are complete, modular showcases that can be used independently, or combined for elaborate campaigns. Everything is condensed from the Maelstrom setting, and a great deal of information has been omitted. Anyone having questions or comments about the showcases, please feel free to email me. I welcome and encourage RPG enthusiasts to send me artwork, maps, floorplans, city designs, or any fantasy-campaign work they would like to share. Any art or text received and displayed here remains the sole property of their creator. Contributors' names will be placed in recognition with their work.

These showcases vary in their type of content. Some are maps alone, some are maps with supporting text. Nation showcases are similar in content, as are deity showcases. City layouts are the most elaborate, containing multiple floorplans and descriptions. Castles and sailing ships contain floorplans and deckplans respectively. A number of folks have asked what art programs I use. My two favorites are Deluxe Paint II, an older program by Electronic Arts, and Paint Shop Pro 5.0 by Jasc Corp.

The Maelstrom Campaigns Showcases: Castles of Kaladia Extensive, painstakingly realistic designs of castles and fortifications throughout Kaladia. All are extremely detailed floorplans, ready to use and scaled for printing. Cities of Kaladia : The Town of Visira A massive showcase of cities of Kaladia, including city maps and layouts, building floorplans and more. Currencies of Kaladia The major currencies of Kaladia, including pictures and all vital information necessary to employ this expansive showcase. Deities of Kaladia There are 35 greater, major, lesser and minor deities comprising the Roil pantheon. There are 30 greater spirits of nature and the elements, and hundreds of lesser spirits. Heraldries of Kaladia Throughout Kaladia, the nations of man and the great humanoid domains have established and maintain banners, flags, and heraldric coat of arms. The Heraldries of Kaladia are elaborate, expansive, and all original. Inns & Taverns Elaborate, highly detailed floorplans, ready to use and scaled to print nicely. Maps of the Known World Maps of Roil and the continents, beautifully rendered in 256 color. Maps of Kaladia The continent of Kaladia, presented in all its glory, in 23 massive and exquisitely detailed overland maps resized to minimize download time. Area Maps of Kaladia Overland maps detailing specific areas and nations of the continent. These map cuts are taken from the full-scale pictures in the Atlas of Kaladia, without any resizing, and give a glimpse of just how much the Atlas encompasses. Nations of Kaladia Kaladia is home to 52 fully established, civilized countries of man, seven barbarian lands, seven great humanoid countries, and thousands of small humanoid states. Regions of Kaladia The ten geographical regions of Kaladia, from the Darkened Realms to the Southwestern Wetlands. Sailing Ships of Kaladia Designs and deckplans of some of the most common sailing ships in used upon Kaladia.
