Random DELICIOUS Vegetarian Recipes! My favorites are the gingersnaps, spiced muffins, oatmeal scones, but they're all good. A project I worked on at the end of 2004 was organizing the staples recipes into a cookbook at the Davis Student Co-op (at UC Davis, in Davis, California). Follow this link to view the book.
