       Know all men by these presents that I Simeon Bradshaw for and in consideration of twelve dollars and fifty cents to me in hand paid by T.J.C. Bradshaw, have this day bargained and sold, and by these presents do convey unto the said T.J.C. Bradshaw all my right, title and intrest in and to the Dower intrest of land at present occupied by Nancy Bradshaw said Intrest herby conveyed being aon undived tenth of 32 acres, situate lying and being in the County of Garrard and state of Kentucky on the waters of Back Creek. To have and to hold the premises afore said unto the said T.J.C. Bradshaw, his heirs and afsigns in fee simple forever, and I the said Simeon Bradshaw do bind myself to defend the title of the same against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whatever.  In witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal, this 8 Feb. 1847

  I Alex R. McKee, Clerk of the County Court for the County aforesaid do certify that the Deed from Simeon Bratcher to T.J.C. Bratcher, was this day produced to me in my office by the said granter and acknowledged by the said Simeon Bratcher to be his act and deed for the purposes therein mentioned.  Whereupon the said Deed, togather with the foregoing Certificate hath been duly admitted to record in my office.
