People are living in the world. It is to be healthy. Healthiest body and mental healthy is the most important things that can help people living better and longer. Health is condition of a person’s body or mind state of being well and free from illness.
If you had good healthy body, you would have plenty of energies. If you would have adequate strength, you would concentrate on your study or work. If you could pay attention to your work or study, you would learn something quickly, also that you would get a good score in your test. If you would have healthy body, you would do everything more effectively, that also could save your time.
If you want to be healthy, you should to listen to the doctor advised. You need to do daily physical exercises. You have to stop smoking cigarettes, because the physician said smoking is harmful to human health also will cause people lungs cancer. Don’t drink alcohol, because which can damage person’s liver, which will cause liver’s cancer too.
Mental healthy that means two things the ability to help learn and keep up with the world and people to help you mind “in shape” Exercises your learning capacity by taking classes at school, read or discuss some topics with friends, stay emotionally sound to keep mentally fit good social relationships are active in their community may live longer and may lead better lives than those who are socially and emotionally isolated.
As you can see to keep healthy in both mind an body stay involved with other people and keep up your interests an activities that we will enjoy our life better.
