Our English teacher is Michael Hunter. He is an experienced teacher for the ESL students. He knows what we need to learn and how to teach us. |
We have a systematic grammar lesson. Usually Grammar is not easy to learn. But you don’t need to worry bout it. When we are studying grammar, there are many examples and exercises. So we never feel bored. |
We have learned many idioms, and we can know where the idioms were from. It makes us feel more interested and makes the idioms easier to remember. |
We read some essays from newspapers and the Internet. They are connected with the U.S. life. So when we learn English we can become familiar with America. Studying something in order to apply it is very interesting and advantageous. |
In the process of teaching and learning, we are questioning, discussing and arguing. So that, we can practice our English conversation. |
There are fifteen to eighteen students in our class. Some of them come from South America, Middle East and Russia. Most of the students are from China. We get along and we learn some information about different countries too. |
