• Mrs Dorothea Greenaway (Jo de Winter), the next door neighbour, who claimed Eddie fathered her dog's puppies (Ep 26).
• Deirdre Sauvage, who left to persue a book career (Ep 55).
• Freddie Chainsaw, the rock star who played his music too loud. (Ep 65).
• Ms Langer (Dana Ivey) president of the Condo board (Ep 83).
• Mrs. Tortwurst, who takes her dog, Fluffy, in the main elevator rather than the service one. (Ep 83).
• Dr William M Dorfman (Austin Pendleton), who tries to remain anonymous but writes his notes on paper saying "From the desk of Dr Dorfman"… (Ep 83).
• The doorman at the Montana who lives at Elliot Bay Towers (Ep 86).
• Mrs Foster, who made Eddie some woollen dog coats (Ep 93).
• Albert (Conrad James) and his wife (Marilyn O'Connor) (Ep 104)
• Alison Landis (Marcia Mitzman Gaven), who lives 5 doors down and dated Niles briefly. (Ep 118).
• Mrs Walsh, who doesn't like Martin's singing (Ep 120).
• Mrs Shepero who lives "next door" (Ep 129)
• Laura Hilton (Betsy Gardener), who Frasier gave a lift to (Ep 130).
• Mrs Curdsman, who tried to take a picture of Frasier's behind for a radio contest (Ep 145).
• Regan (Gigi Rice) and her father (Ep 148).
• Cam Winston (Brian Stokes Mitchell) from apartment 2000 who held a rival Christmas party to Frasier's. Everyone went to this instead. (Ep 153).
• The neighbour (Janice Kent) who complained to Daphne (Ep 164).
• Mrs Richmond (Brooks Almy), who listened in to the Crane's conversation in the elevator whilst going to the laundry room (Ep 165).
• Todd Peterson, owner of KACL at 1801 who copied - exactly - Frasier's apartment design (Ep 169)
