This part of the book is committed entirely to the Time-Energy Theory. I want to impress upon the reader here, that this is an entirely new theoretical structure which is intended to place much of what was discussed in Part I into a plausible setting which, hopefully "explains it all," or at least a large part of it.

As I move through Part II of this book, I will begin construction of a new picture of the universe with simple models. As each new chapter unfolds, these models will be refined and corrected to account for some of the more diverse aspects of our universe.

The reason for this approach is to make the concepts easier to digest. To attempt to draw a whole picture at once would be difficult, if not impossible.

Eventually, a new structure will emerge. In order to implement and reinforce this structure, I will provide theorems along the way. These theorems are the basis for the theory itself and can be counted upon throughout the book. No theorem related to the Time-Energy Theory is ever refuted, changed or corrected in this book.

Although it may seem otherwise, as you read through this part of the book, I hold only the deepest admiration and respect for the people and scientists I will challenge. These were men and women-scientists-of great vision and insight into the world.

I can by no means claim that they made "errors" in their work. They did what they could with what they had and knew. If I seem to see from a better vantage point (or greater insight), it is only because I have more information to work with than they did.

With this in mind, I go forth graciously and thankfully, building upon their fine works.
