15 Weeks LMP (13 Weeks Gestational)     May 21 - May 27
Baby Length: about 10cm head to rump
Baby Weight: about 80g
Mother's Weight: ?

Okay, beginning to look a little pregnant now.We spent this week rearranging the apartment so that all the baby paraphenalia could fit.  I'm still not sure how it will be done, but we are much closer now.  We have decided that rather than make the second bedroom a nursey, we would keep the birds in there, as I would like to restrict the baby's exposure to the birds for at least a few months.  We did remove 16 boxes of books and two bookcases out of the birds' room, and it looks much better and brighter.

When we went to put the crib in the bedroom, however, we realized it would be quite a challenge.  First we had to take the door off its hinges just to fit it in.  Then we had to rearrange everything  in a less than ideal way.  The dresser/changing table is still in the closet and will probably be for quite some time.  I'm really having day dreams about moving into a three bedroom apartment.

We took another picture of my belly this week and I don't think I'll be able to wear this dress much longer, at least decently.  I'm slowly going through my clothes and growing out of them, one by one.  I have no jeans left and Joe's jeans are getting too tight already.  I went out and bought a few maternity items, which I love, although I have trouble finding things I like in that sea of overly floral knitwear.  I got a pair of black capris and overalls that are capri length.  I think that, along with the color pink, pregnant women get the urge for capri pants.

Joe's mom very generously ordered me the "Pregnancy Survival Kit" which is this great, durable, comfortable set of maternity wear.  I particulary love the pants, which have groovy flared legs.  I'm sure I'll be getting alot of use out of all the pieces.

I really wish I had Kelly Rippa's wardrobe. I've been watching Regis & Kelly in the mornings, while my breakfast digests and my nausea abates (which has been less and less of a problem recently).  She just has the cutest outfits!  Of course, Pea in the Pod provides her clothes for her, which I could never afford.
