Read our Friday the 13th misadventure.  You'll be entertained.  I thought for sure people would stop for a pregnant woman on the side of the road, but no.

Not much to report on the baby this week.  He's still quite active, althought I think I've almost gotten used to it.  Of course now he's punching and kicking enough to make it hurt at times, and when he's particularly fiesty, I can see body parts poking out when he punches. 

My belly button is slowly becoming more and more shallow, as Joe is fond of pointing out.  I wonder if it ever goes all the way back to normal afterwards. 

My appetite has changed a bit.  My sweet tooth has come back and I was pleased to find that chocolate again is as delicious and enjoyable as it was before I got pregnant.  Really, this is one thing I worried about.  Who knows how many of these weird changes are permanant. I ate a wonderful bar of dark chocolate, but don't tell Joe.  Except for being chocolate, however, it was quite healthy and all organic, made by Newman's Own.

It's hard to believe I'm already this far along,  Joe reminded me that it is about time to preregister at the hospital. I'll have to call and see what the status is of the OB department, since Hermann only reopened some portions of the hospital yesterday.
