To all to whom these presents shall come I Field Bradshaw of the County of Cumberland Son and Heir of William Bradshaw late of the said County Deceased send Greeting Know ye that I the said Field Bradshaw for and in Consideration of the Love Good Will and Affection which I have and do bear towards my brother Charles Bradshaw of the same County have giving granted and Confirmed and by these presents do give grant and Confirm unto the said Charles Bradshaw one Certain tract or parcel of Land Situate Lying and being in the parish of Southam in the County aforesaid on both sides of a branch of Deep Creek Containing Two hundred and five Acres being part of Three hundred and Ninety Acres granted by patent to my Father William Bradshaw bear Date the third day of December MDCCXXXIII and being thus bounded Viz. Begining at pointers Running thence on Jofiah Bradshaw North One hundred and Sixty one Poles to a White Oak Thence on Samuel Nuckles East one hundred and fifty five poles to pointers thence on Stephen Hughes South Eleven Degrees East Twenty one poles thence on John Robinson South One hundred and forty Seven poles to two White Oaks thence a new line North Seventy eight Degrees West One hundred and ninety four poles to the first Station To Have and to hold the said Tract of Land and premifes with all and Singular the privileg and Appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining to him the said Charles Bradfshaw his Heirs and Afsigns to the only proper use and behoof of him the said Charles Bradshaw his heirs and Afsigns forever and that I the said Field Bradshow will forever warrent and Defend the said Land and premifses with the Appurtenances unto him the said Charles Bradshaw his heirs and Afsigns without any manner of Condition as I have freely Absolutely and of my own accord set and put in further Testimony In Witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my Seal this Tenth day of July in the year of our Lord MDCCXLVIII Signed Sealed & delivered in presence of us
