This Indenture made and Concluded on this twenty Sixth Day of February in the Year of Christ One Thousand Seven Hundred & Seventy Four Between Josiah Bradfhaw of Bedford County of the one Part Feild Robinson of Cumberland County of the other part Witnefseth that the said Josiah Bradfaw for and in consideration of the Sum of Thirty five Pounds Current Money of Virginia to him in hand paid by the sd.Feild Robinson the Recept whereof the doth hereby Acknowledge him self fully Satisfied Hath Granted Bargained and Sold unto the said Feild Robinson his Heirs Executors Adminiftrator & Afsigns for ever one certain Tract or Parcel of Land Containing fifty Acres Lying and being in the County of Cumberland County bounded as followeth  Beginning at Charles Bradfaws a new Line North one hundred & Sixty one Poles Crofsing a Branch of Deep Creek to a White Oak thence on Samuel Nuckold weft fifty two Poles to a Beech on the South  side of Run Thence on Feild Robinson South to a Corner & a long his Line to the first Station it being part of two hundred & fifty Acres by the said Josiah Bradfaw To have and to Hold the said fifty Acres to him the said Feild Robinson his heirs Executors Adminifrators & Afsigns for ever   With all the profits Heredatiments & Emoluments thereunto Belonging to the only proper Use Benefit & Behoof of him the said Feild Robinfon & his Executors Adminiftrators or Afsigns and the Said Jofiah Bradfhaw his Heirs Executors Adminifrators & Afsigns doth Covenant & agree to & with the said Feild Robinson that he or they fhall and will Warrant and for Ever Defend the above said Land & Premifses against all Manner of Rites Titles Claims Jointers or Dowerys or other incumbersances In Witnefs where of the said Josiah Bradfaw hath to thefe Presents Set his Hand & affixed his Seal the Day & Year above Written
