To all to whom these presents shall come I Field Bradshaw of the County of Cumberland Son and Heir of William Bradshaw late of the said County Deceased send Greeting Know ye that I the said Field Bradshaw for and in Consideration of the Love Good will and Affection which I have and do bear towards my Brother Josiah Bradshaw of the same County have given granted and Confirmed and by these presents do give grant and Confirm unto the said Josiah Bradshaw one certain tract or parcel of Land lying and being in the parish of Southam in the County aforesaid on the branches of Deep Creek Containing by Estimation Two hundred and fifty Acres be the same more or lefs being part of Eleven Hundred and ninety Acres granted in two Pracels by patent to my Father William Bradshaw deceased and being thus Bounded Viz. Beginning at Field Robinsons corner Runing thence on William Tabor South to pointers thence one Field Robinsons East Eighty poles to pointers on the South side of a Branch thence on the line of the trail I live on the Same Course Continued two hundred and Twenty four poles to pointers near the Spring South Seventy eight Degrees East fifty three poles to pointers thence on Charles Bradshaw a new line North one hundred and Sixty one poles crofsing a branch of deep Creek to a white Oak thence on Samuel Nuckles West fifty two poles to a Beach on the South side of a Run thence on Field Robinson South to a Corner and along his line to the First Station To Have and to hold the said Tract of Land and premises with all and Singular the priviledges and appurtenances there unto belonging or in any wise appertaining to him the said Josiah Bradshaw his heirs Afsigns to the only proper use of behoof of him the siad Josiah Bradshaw his heirs and Afsigns forever And that the said Field Bradshow will forever warrant and Defend the said Land and premises with the Appurtenances unto him the said Josiah Bradshaw his heirs and Afsigns without any manner of Condition as I have freely Abfolutely and of my own accord set and put in further Testimony In Witnefs whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Affixed my Seal this Tenth day of July in the year of our Lord MDCCXLVIII Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of us
