Co-ordinator's report: 65 members paid, 10 of them new, less than last year, but that was exceptional.
Treasurer's report: income almost the same, but expenditure down. Membership income up, and more paying by standing order. Balance is healthy.
Green Fair accounts: the Fairs brought in money and provided a convivial occasion for meeting and exchanging ideas.
CARGO account : income exceeded expenditure; the project would not last eternally, but would serve as the launcher for the Council's City-wide collection.
Sue re-elected unanimously as co-ordinator (Alan T stays in charge of newsletter).
Debbie re-elected unanimously as treasurer
Meeting closed at 20:27.
