Skulking Loafers vs HSBC
This game took place at New Park Road unfortunately there is no record of the H.S.B.C.innings the bankers must have been asleep when it was their turn to fill in the scorebook or was it embarasment at the score.Either way another fine win for the Loafers and with out further ado I`ll leave you to paint your own picture of this game.This game must also be noted for the fine innings of D.Burford, it was to be the only half century to be scored by a Loafer all season. During the course of this season there were to be only two 50`s scored against us this must be a result of the damp conditions that prevailed for the best part of the season,with runs extremely difficult to come by at New Park Road especially so well batted David and thanks for the jug of ale afterwards.
