Hi all! Wow, this weekend sure was hectic. I went to Vancouver for the weekend for my third cousin Adrian's bar mitzvah. It was fun but it seeemed like we spent most of the time on the plane. It was nice to see all the cousins from all over the place though, and to get away for a few days. Observations about Vancouver: beautiful city, as long as you don't need to drive anywhere. I mean, the road networks are awful and the resulting traffic is unbelievable. Oh, and for any Montrealers driving there, flashing green does NOT mean priority, it means pedestrian-controlled light. So don't turn left into oncoming traffic.

It was a very happy day on Thursday when I found out that Collective Soul will be in town November 2nd doing a concert. I called for my ticket from the airport at precisely noon on Friday. I intend to be there hours in advance to get front-row and try to beg my way backstage. I can't wait!

In birthdays, Happy 20th to Alyson today (the 24th). Feel old yet?

I've written a new thought so you can check out the thoughts section. I've also posted a new movie review, and a few pictures in the Friends section from Shawn's and Jason's party last month. Oh, and the stupid @%(%#@! people at htmlGEAR deleted my guestbook and all its entries, so even if you've signed before, please sign my guestbook again. Thanks a bunch!
