Short Summary
The story takes place in the future. There is a guy named Taylor, who somehow join the army (the air forces). And he somehow becomes a captain by luck. You'll find that this story is hysterically funny, mainly due to his luckiness throughout the whole anime.

Review and thoughts
I think that Irresponsible Captain Taylor is one of those kind of stories that has some action but is also a really funny anime. And I believe it is also a love story. I don't really know what else to say about this OAV series. If you ever want to have a good laugh and also want to watch a love story with some action, this is probably the OAV you are looking for. Other than knowing that this an extremely funny OAV, this OAV also has a lot of really nice songs.
