Short Summary
The story is about Vega(M. Bison) is having a secret recruition of good fighters around the world. He brain washes them and make them to commit crimes. Chun Li and Guile are investigating on this matter. Unfortunately, Ken is abducted and brain-washed by Vega. Ryu now has to save his friend, Ken and face the evil and powerful Vega.

Review and thoughts
The story and characters are basically based on the all time popular game named 'Street Fighter 2'(or SSF2, SSF2 Turbo).The artwork and the action are not bad. When you talk about the characters, it really depends on how much you like the Street Fighter's characters. If you like the games' characters, you'll probably like the characters in the movie. From the aspect of a normal anime viewer, this is probably consider an okay anime, overall. But I find the ending quite good and cool.
