Short Summary
1000 years ago, there was an industrial civilization. Then a war occured and caused great destruction and decline to that civilization. 1000 years later, the destruction that left over from the war are the spoiled sea and the fungus forest, which expells deadly ponisonous gas in those areas. The main character, Princess Nausicaa has special feelings and sympathy for the insects in the fungus forest and the spoiled sea. At the end of the story, Princess Nausicaa saves everyone from a disaster.

Review and thoughts
The artwork of the movie is not as great compared to Miyazaki's current work, but a lot of people still like this movie. As one of the classics of the Miyazaki's series, the music, characters and story of Nausicaa are very well done. Also, The English dubbed version are very well dubbed.
