Easy and Quick Scarf

I made this scarf for my daughter's Halloween Costume I only had a day to make it since she waited till the last minute to decide to be Hermonie Grainger (sp?) from Harry Potter
Easy & Quick Scarf

1 Red and 1 Yellow 3 oz skein of worstead wieght yarn
Size N hook
Yarn needle to work in ends

With Red Ch 21

Row 1:  Dc in 3rd chain from hook and each chain across.
(19 dc, counting ch 3, this should stay the same throughout the scarf)

Row 2 - 4:  Ch 3, turn, dc in next st and each across.  Fasten off Red.

Row 5: turn work, attach yellow with sl st, ch 3, dc in next st and each across.

Row 6 - 14: Ch 3, turn, dc in next st and each across. Fasten off Yellow at the end of Row 14.

Row 15:  Repeat Rows 5 through 14 using red.

Repeat rows 5 - 15 for 6 1/2 times, you will end on yellow.

Rows 135138 - work 4 rows of Red in dc.  Fasten off at end of last row.  Work in loose ends.

Fringe:  Add fringe to each end of scarf.  I used one strand of each color in each stitch for my fringe.
