Rnd 3 – 40:  Ch 3, dc in next st and each around, join to top of ch 3, end of last row fasten off.  Weave in loose ends.

I am making these for my kid's elementary school.  They are long enough for the recorders they use with a little room to fold at the top.  I added rows after washing the first one since it shrunk in length.  The music teacher can’t wait to get them.  They are much better than the plastic bags they were using and once in a while they can be thrown into the washer and dryer.
