Materials:
Crochetnit hook or any double sided hook
(if you use a smaller hook you will need to add more rows and the finished product won't be as stretchabe)
2 colors of ww yarn your color choice

Ch 45 (you will be working the reversible tunisian crochet stitch)

Step 1 - pick up loops using the back chain (this is the hump on the back, the finish edge will then match at both ends)

Step 2 - Turn hook, join 2nd color, work off loops

Step 3 - Pick up loops, turn and change colors

Work 100 rows - thats 50 of each color

Fold in half & slip stich both sides, do not close the top of it.  Turn to the side you like and fold afghan and slip it inside the cover you just made.

This is large enough with room to spare for a kids afghan.  This is stretchable without showing colors through.

No need to close the top, just fold over for easy acess to the afghan.
