		The class of 2002-2003 did a project called Civil War Stories. We wanted to know how Western North Carolina was affected by the Civil War. Our findings tell the stories of how people or places in our area were changed or influenced by the war. We found information from our families, community members, local historical museums, and local landmarks or monuments.
