Rosella Trotter Long

Spouse:     Don Long
Children:    Tucker (5), Dylan (1)
Address:    Lexington, KY
Where:      Central KY, 1 hr. south of Cincinnati

Don and I have been married 8 years and still live in KY, which I think has surprised us both!  We have 2 wonderful sons - aren't children amazing?  tucker started Kindergarten this year and is so excited to finally be in "big" school.  Dylan entertains us by climbing things and giggling.

Family:  Mom and Dad are retired in Virginia.  Dad continues to battle Parkinson's and is now in a wheelchair often, but he and Mom both have such good attitudes -  it is inspiring.

Richmond is finishing up an MBA at William and Mary and will be job hunting next spring.  Joel is married to Gayle and they have a 1-yr-old, Gracie, and another due in Jan.99.  Joel is a corporate attorney and recently accepted a position in Washington, DC.

I've become a stay-at-homer but am lucky to continue working several evenings a week for Charter Ridge Hospital (psychiatric) doing mental health assessments.  Essentially, I'm a therapist.  My choice of career did come out of some of my own struggles with depression while in college - it has been rewarding to be able to help others.

Don is an administrator, amanaging a federal grant in education, with the University of Kentucky system.  This has been very rewarding for him.

Reminders of Taiwan?  1) Occassionally having bowls of ramen noodles that are steamed, not cooked, and 2) every year on May 28th I remember the graduation!

We have thought about living in Indonesia/Asia for a year or two - we'll see!

Surprising?  I'm no longer Baptist, but Unitarian Universalist (liberal religion, humanism and new age are a big partyof this)... 'Not to offend anyone by mentioning this, but I want you to know who I am.

"Just the sam?"  I still love crafts and anything handmade!

Let's consider planning for a 20 year reunion (gasp!). Las Vegas has cheap airfares and accommodations, but there are other good options, as well.
