darwin just got back after having been at a conference all weekend. darwin had not expected to find this topic with no new posts. darwin has mixed feelings about this. darwin is happy that people have realized that preventing abortion and protecting fetuses is more important that stopping sex, and that one shouldn't argue if favor of using fetuses as hostages, but darwin is dissapointed that peoples feelings are hurt and they stopped posting. It's great that BB can express a dislike for abortion. Now let's try to get him to think it through to it's logical conclusions. Let's help him to realize that preventing abortion and saving fetuses takes priority over our personal quirks and hang-ups. Let's help him to realize that one shouldn't flail around, trying to control other peoples genitalia, using fetuses as hostages.

Maitreya and BB seem to have reformed themselves. Let's hope that even more people will learn not to argue that its ok to try to prevent sex by taking away non-violent birth control and using fetuses as hostages. [This message has been edited by darwin (edited 12-08-2000).]
