No! I don't handle raw sewage, but I do handle raw edges...of fabric!! If you like to sew, be proud to call yourself a sewer. In my opinion the very best things come out of sewers!! (not to mention New York State!!)

My Scrapbook of Completed Quilts and Quilts in the Works...

Here are most of the quilts I have made, somewhat in the order in which I started them. The newest quilts are on top of the list. As soon as I get an idea for a quilt, I make a page for it in my "scrapbook", often with a computer "sketch" of my idea made in Electric Quilt. Then I update the page when the top is complete, then as the quilting is completed.

quilt thumbnail My first quilt. My mom wanted to learn how to quilt, but felt she couldn't due to her vision. We picked out fabric and a quilt block, and I made it for her. This is not a quilt for beginners! But what better way to learn than to jump right in with set-in seams and a double-size quilt? (actually, there are many ways better)   More info...
