HUMOR Lawyer Jokes3
From Norman Q: What is your date of birth? Q: What gear were you in at the moment of the impact? Q: How old is your son-the one living with you. Q: And where was the location of the accident? Recently reported in the Massachusetts Bar Association Lawyers journal, the following are questions actually asked of witnesses by attorneys during trials and, in certain cases, the responses given by insightful witnesses: Q: The youngest son, the twenty-year old, how old is he? Q: Were you present when your picture was taken? Q: Was it you or your younger brother who was killed in the war? Q: Did he kill you? Q: How far apart were the vehicles at the time of the collision? Q: You were there until the time you left, is that true? Q: So the date of conception (of the baby) was August 8th? Q: You say the stairs went down to the basement? Q: Mr. Slatery, you went on a rather elaborate honeymoon, didn't you? Q: How was your first marriage terminated? Q: Doctor, how many autopsies have you performed on dead people? Q: All your responses must be oral, OK? What school did you go to? Q: Do you recall the time that you examined the body? Q: And Mr. Dennington was dead at the time? Q: Are you qualified to give a urine sample? Q: You were not shot in the fracas? AND SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST: Q: Doctor, before you performed the autopsy, did you check for a pulse? Q: Did you check for blood pressure? Q: Did you check for breathing? Q: So, then it is possible that the patient was alive when you began the
autopsy?
Once upon a time, in a nice little forest, there lived an orphaned bunny and an orphaned snake. A surprising coincidence was that both were blind from birth. One day, the bunny was hopping through the forest, and the snake was slithering through the forest, when the bunny tripped over the snake and fell down. This, of course, knocked the snake about quite a bit. "Oh, my," said the bunny, "I'm terribly sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you I've been blind since birth; so, I can't see where I'm going. In fact, since I'm also an orphan, I don't even know what I am." "It's quite okay," replied the snake. "Actually, my story is much the same as yours. I, too, have been blind since birth, and also never knew my mother." "Tell you what, maybe I could kinda slither over you, and figure out what you are, so at least you'll have that going for you." "Oh, that would be wonderful," replied the bunny So the snake slithered all over the bunny, and said, "Well, you're covered with soft fur; you have really long ears; your nose twitches; and you have a soft cottony tail. I'd say that you must be a bunny." " Oh, thank you! Thank you," cried the bunny in obvious excitement. "Maybe I could feel you with my paw, and help you the same way you've helped me." So the bunny felt the snake all over, and remarked, "Well, you're scaly and slimy, and you have a forked tongue, no backbone and no balls. I'd say you must be either a politician or an attorney."
