Here I will teach you how to make and develop your web site
and web pages into the web site that you have always wanted. It will also contain links to
other places that I recommend you visit to further improve our knowledge on HTML design
and web page making. Anyone can build a homepage, but not just anyone can build a NICE
homepage. That is our goal, building nice homepages. Before we can start to build a
homepage, we must first equip ourselves with some basic skills. I must warn you that our
purpose here is to learn, if you are looking for a quick fix and copy & paste codes, I
am afraid you won't find it here, much of my material is designed to explain each detail
of HTML writing and I do have some cut & paste but not as extensive as you might
expect.

This section deals with using Paint Shop Pro 5.0 as an image editing tool. If you are not
too sure on how to use PSP, this section will help you gain enough confidence to tackle
it.
