A former prisoner? Mmm Hmm! He was a prisoner that was taken into custody for getting in a fight with the "once" Shadowlaw Gang. He didn't just wanna fight he wanted to sae his girlfriend who was being held by the Shadowlaw gang!
Although I don;'t have that much information on this guy, he's pretty cool guy. Not origanlly from Street Fighter but from The Fianl Fight Series!
And I ahve no idea how he heard of the Shadowlaw gang, besides the gang who abducted his wife.

Overall: I like to use this guy when I'm playng at th arcade, Street Fighter Alpha 3 to be more exact, and ya, he's pretty kool ^^.
