Due to a serious administrative disaster, Stanley Tweedle found himself on the run from the forces of the Cluster and the powerful His Shadow. Inadvertantly acquiring the key to the LEXX, the most powerful destructive weapon and ship in the two universes, Stan travelled through a fractal core into the Dark Zone, a place of evil. Also on board was Zev, a woman sentenced to become a love slave for disobeying her husband. When the transformation of her body went wrong, Zev became part Cluster Lizard, and a robot head named 790 received her love slave programming, making it instantly fall for her. The final passenger on the LEXX is Kai, the last of the Brunnen-G, who has been dead for 2000 years and, animated by proto-blood, had been serving as an assassin for His Shadow. With the apparent destruction of His Shadow, the LEXX became trapped in the Dark Zone after the destruction of the fractal core. Now, they search for a new home...
