Life can throw you a curve at times
Put you down in the "dumps" for sure
Just hold your head up and see the light
Let "faith in God" be the cure
For God never allows more than you'll stand
Though "tests" are granted each day
Tests to make you eternal for him
Tests to teach you the "way"
The Rain--it comes to all of our lives
But God can put a rainbow in your sky
For God knows when you're happy or sad
God knows when you may cry
God is with you, you have a friend
God will help you even today
Never forget that God is a "comforter"
Just pray, trust and obey
And things will change, you will see
The skies will be clear once again
You must cherish the days of peacefulness
And keep your lives from sin
With God you will always win
