I write this poem in dedication
To a brother of the light
For all the gifts he's given to me
He's a blessing in my sight

Brothers are special to everyone
My brother is a star, it's true
For in my heart he shines so bright
In all he may say or do

We've been through a lot in this life
And time has gone quickly indeed
My brother has always been there for me
In times of sorrow or need

I love my brother, I always will
He means so very much to me
I hope that we can meet up on High
In blessed eternity

And there, may we be brothers still
Where time shall be no more
May we keep the love we have now forever
When we're there on heaven's shore
When we are there on heaven's shore
