Cautious Fuzz

Notes: "Gar Dían"? "Club Mutante"? Okay, guess it's time to explain. Both are based on a roleplaying campaign I was in at the time. For those who care about such things, it was a Villains & Vigilantes super hero campaign ... Guardian was the character played by my friend Kerry Forrestal (hi, K!), and Club Mutante was ... well ... an in-game in joke. Let's just say it was a "Studio 54" for super heroes. (I swear, I NEVER thought I'd be explaining this to ANYONE.)
As to the page ... I'm pretty happy with it in nearly every sense. The identical-shaped panels creates a very even, regular pace, even when two of them actually work to create a larger single image. (There's that trick again.) There's a very nice balance between solid blacks and open white space. The cross-hatching and shading works quite well (with the minor exception of the horizontal lines in panels 4 and 5 .... they don't quite fall deep enough into the background for my taste, and they synch up too closesly with the stripes on Droxine's shirt, creating a strange "bad blue screen" illusion). Note the wobbly reflections again. (See? I told you I always stick with the same tricks.)
