Notes: I
really wanted the stage in panel #1 to appear free-floating and isolated.
And it kinda did until I slapped those big thought bubbles on either side.
*sigh* There go those pesky words getting in the way of my artistic vision
again.
At the top of
the page you'll see the treatment I decided on to help separate the three
endings for this story. If I'd continued on to do more Cautious Fuzz comics,
each segment would have eventually had a continuation ... so each can legitimately
be considered "the end" for a particular perspective of this tale.
Every time I
see the action at the end of this page I find myself thinking that Mr.
Dían reminds me of Cerebus the Aardvark. The homage is unintentional,
but Dave Sim's comic was a HUGE influence on my tastes and sensibilities
... so I'm kinda glad this worked its way in there.
