I'm not quite sure what to make of this story: Women break bra world record.

My first reaction was - why? Do you really have so little to do that THIS is how you spent your day? As I started reading the story I got a little more incredulous when I saw that the people were planning this for a year. A whole freakin year. Think of the things you could have done with that time.

But then came the thing that relatively shut me up. They did it to raise awareness for Breast Cancer. I'm not making light of this, but is there really anyone who doesn't live in the Appalachians who doesn't know about breast cancer? I mean you could have done something a little more effective than making a big-ass bra chain.

Then there was Reuters who actually covered it and Yahoo who put it on their headline list.

Oh well...we got to talk about boobies, so I guess that's a good thing.
