Les Liasons Dangereuses started as a dare from my sister after we had read so many stories on fanfiction. Jadzia, my sis has provided me with many wicked ideas and also kudos to Pierre Choderlos de Laclos for actually writing the novel in the 1700's. I bet he never envisioned a retelling quite like this ehehehehehe....

Here's a brief summary of the original novel just so you can get a flavor of the plot: The main characters are two bored, beautiful, rich ex-lovers who make a game corrupting innocents for their sick pleasure and soon human emotions and error send them into a whirlwind that even they can't control. I've done my best to keep that flavor of the novel but I've also tried (with the help of my dear sis) to keep in parody, adventure, and some suspense and mystery. Also, with the seamy Montreal flashback chapters I'm trying to give an explanation to the main characters motivations that the original novel barely gave. Hope ya have fun!
