4. A hundred and fifty pesos for entrance, wearing aqua fit shirt from Bossini, denim trousers, and rubber shoes… I’m D24 for the night. Checked my valuables to the safety deposit box, walked up the stairs, wondering if I would see Nick… My lone purpose to coming again—two consecutive nights… using the anniversary of the club as an excuse… He was at the bar, seated beside someone… I smiled at him… he just looked at me… went down to the lockers… I need to take a shower.

A warm shower…

A smoke at hand, I said hi to Manong at the mini-bar. He wasn’t in the night before, I asked him about it. He said he have things to take care of. I happily reported that I scored four. Awed, I explained to him Nick wasn’t around either. He laughed.

Nick entered with the guy he was seated with upstairs… both wrapped in towels already… Nick neither said hi nor looked at me. They went to the Jacuzzi, and they were alone… seated close together… touching… kissing… My heart bleeding…
