 Brown Lip - From Catchpin in Seattle, WA.
My parents got this for me along with quite a few others when they went to Seattle to visit family in June.Brown lip is a shell. It is a coppery beige, with lighter swishes of color in it. I also have an abalone and a black abalone shuttle. This is a nice sized shuttle at about 2 5/8 inches. This shuttle has a rather thin clearance for holding the thread. I also had to use some fine sandpaper to allow thread to slip through the tips. It is firm and flexible, and is more clicky than something like the Water Buffalo Horn | |
