- Well, that sucks. Just finished doing my taxes and I owe Uncle Sam fifty bucks. This is a new experience for me. I've never owed money before. I was actually hoping to get a refund. Nope. I got fucked for fifty bucks instead. I don't even get to have one of those post-gratification cigarettes. I think I'll go have a disgruntled cigarette instead. =P

- I've been told by my newest love interest that my blog is very shallow. Well, yeah. I've had my fair share of deep and depressing entries on this, my private diary, but they are infrequent. Usually, I'm just in too good of a mood to write about anything too deep or philisophical. I trust you don't mind. Those of you who know me pretty well already know that, well, basically this is who I am and how I feel. I'm tempted to quote the Marquis again, but I will hold off. I'm sure I've quoted him enough as is. Instead, I'll end on this thought... penguins.

Chuck Norris for President! You heard me right. Round house kicks to the head for everyone.
If you don't know who Chuck Norris is by now... ugh.

- Ok, I got back from Las Vegas this morning at 11am after leaving there before midnight. Layovers are evil.
Everyone thinks of Las Vegas as Sin City and I can see why, but all I ever saw was the gambling and millions of hot women. The more expensive the casino, the more attractive the servers were and the skimpier the uniform/costumes. Two in particular. Wynn's and Mandalay Bay. The women were more attractive at Wynn's but the outfits at Mandalay Bay are amazing and very flattering for the female form (which I am a huge admirer of). Oddly, we never made it to any strip joints or anything like that. In fact, nobody I talked to made it to any. Everyone was so busy at the Shot Show or going out to dinner or gaming later in the evening to bother catering to their primal drives. Speaking of which, prostitution is legal in Nevada, but not in Las Vegas. It still happens, but I'm not sure how. I didn't delve into it too deeply. There are fliers, adds, and all sorts of things everywhere you go. It's near impossible to avoid. There are booklets advertising strippers and other services in large stands like you would see Auto Trader and the Thrifty Nickle at every corner. Plus, there are guys standing on sidewalks handing out adds for some in particular. You have to act like they're invisible (like bums) unless you wanted a ton of those handouts. If I had encountered one while I was drunk, I would have had fun with that by asking questions like "So, how is she? Is she full service?" and questions like that, but we were usually too busy gambling or sleeping.
The food there is amazing. I thought Knoxville had a lot of restraunts but in Vegas it seems that every resort has at least 15 different trendy restraunts. A $200 dinner bill was not unusual.
Every hotel has at least one casino. Everywhere you go, there's someplace to lose money. Hell, as soon as I stepped off the plane, there were slot machines in the concourse at the airport. If you are considering going (do it, it's worth it for the fun) then I suggest you learn Craps. It's hugely entertaining and has the best odds.
I'm tired. I'm going back to bed. Vegas is a cock tease.
