membangun pangkalan di Saumlaki, Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara Barat. Kehadiran
armada TNI-AL itu diharapkan dapat menjaga pulau-pulau yang berbatasan dengan
dua negara tersebut, antara lain Pulau Kisar, Teor, Leti, Moa, Lakor dan Wetar.
